The discipleship classes are designed to raise up leaders that impact our communities and the world with the Word of God. These classes will help a new believer and/or new member assimilate into active membership and to grow in the knowledge of God. Its purpose is to help the new believer/new member understand their role in the membership and the biblical precepts upon which the church is founded and functions. Our primary goal is to develop every member into a leader and to equip believers for the work of the ministry while promoting the Gospel of Christ.

This course provides new believers with a basic understanding of their new life in Christ. Students learn the importance of their salvation, the necessity of water baptism, how to have a relationship with the Holy Spirit, and much more!!!

"Foundations"
First Component of New Member Classes This class is designed to help a new member assimilate into active membership at Living Faith Christian Center (LFCC). Purposefully helping the new member understand his/her role in the membership and the biblical precepts upon which the church is founded and functions. New Members will be instructed on the heart, government, structure, culture and ministries of LFCC. Our primary goal is to develop every member's potential in becoming a leader.

Second Component of New Member Classes How can I support my local church? What is the part I play? What is the importance of leadership in the local church? Through this enlightening course, these questions are answered and much more! This course teaches students about the proper attitudes toward leadership, how to effectively function in their local church, and how to "hook into the vision" to fulfill the will of God. "Serving the Vision"
Third Component of New Member Classes What is the Helps Ministry and its purpose? Through this exciting class, new members gain understanding on the purpose of the Helps Ministry in their local church. This course covers its function, its policies and procedures, as well as how to identify your motivational gifts. Literacy Program The purpose of the Literacy Program is to assist individuals who have difficulties in the areas of reading and writing and those with physical challenges. As individuals pursue the classes, they will be supported by tutors, audio materials (if needed) and different resources that will help them to be successful in the classes. Our goal is that no one be hindered in learning the things of God! (This service is offered upon request only.)
